Fruit
Color: golden yellow on a light green background. In cooler climates, the apple takes on an orange blush. A very smooth skin without any coarsening.
Coloration: Yellow with an orange blush up to 70% of the surface.
Size: 65/80 mm.
Flesh: light yellow and crispy
Storage: Store well in normal refrigeration until early January. In CA until the end of July.
Taste
Aroma: Sweet and sour with a very pronounced aroma.
Acids: Slightly acidic.
Texture: juicy and very crispy.
